Versions
Every change to your ideas, storyboard or video is saved as a new version. See what changed, look at an older version, and go back to it.

Nothing you make is overwritten. A new round of ideas, a changed storyboard and an edited video are each saved as a new version, and the older ones stay in the project.
Look at an older version
The song and ideas panels have arrows to step between versions. An older one says so (You're looking at v1. The latest is v3.), What changed lists how it differs from the one before, and Go to latest brings you back.
Go back
To go back to an earlier storyboard or video, ask the director in the chat ("go back to the first cut"). The go-back itself costs nothing (your message uses a few credits, as any message does), and that version becomes the current one again. Your later versions are kept, so you can come forward again too.
Going back never deletes anything.
